This slightly weighted, dulled down version of one of the most popular bonefish fly patterns - Crazy Charlie - ever created is truly a must have fly pattern for any travelling salt water angler. It is tied sparse for increased sinking. The materials are carefully chosen because of their durability and most importantly their on-the-flats successful testing. For instance gliss n glow flash will outlast and out perform any Krystal flash derivative on the market.
I would doubt there is any salt water angler that does not have a few of these famous bonefish flats fly patterns. Of course this Cuba Charlie Pattern is only one of many. I have fished the other colours only to find that this colour combination will catch bonefish anywhere. So why clutter fly boxes with flies you will not try.
